Vine Essence born with Elisabetta Cassinelli and Paolo Addis as a responsible company with porpósito to produce a good wine with good value formoney. Occhioverde -Eye Green- refers to Mendoza as a green oasis surrounded by desert, but also to care for the environment. We believe that the vineyards treated with love, gentleness and care, obtaining from them a balanced production, and with a minimal use of chemicals, produce grapes of better quality and long life. We seek to be a responsible company with low environmental impact practices and supporting environmental groups. We have a membership to “1% per cent for the planet”, a union of companies supporting projects for the environment.Vine Essence supports drinking water projects to help the world’s poorest to access to safe drinking water, sanitation and education hygienic.

Espaciovino Tasting Note
This wine went through three days of cold maceration, plus eight days of fermentation. regular pump-overs were made during the early days. The malolactic fermentation occurred naturally. It was parked in tank six months before being bottled.
