Coelho, means “rabbit” in Portuguese. To us it symbolizes the love, heritage, and our family approach to creating wine.
Paciencia Pinot Noir 2012
Light to medium expressiveness, dark flowers, raspberry, earth, and spice. Palate: Sweet red fruit and spice attack, good balance, very clean from front to back, but turns a bit thin thru the mid-palate to back-end. Finish: Though back-end of palate is thin the finish is subtle but quite persistent revealing 30+ seconds of of subtle red fruit and spice flavors. Everything this wine presents is enjoyable.
