We believe that locally-produced spirits simply taste better, so all of our unique products are made right here in Portland, Oregon from natural ingredients in small batches for unparalleled quality and taste. Eastside Distilling introduced Below Deck Rums, the first in a series fine and flavored rums in 2009, and has since launched several more award-winning spirits, including Burnside Bourbon and Portland Potato Vodka, and our new Cherry Bomb Whiskey. Eastside also produces small batch and seasonal products like our Holiday Spiced Liqueur and new Peppermint Bark and Egg Nog Liqueurs.

Below Deck Small Batch Spiced Rum opens with a spattering of mulling spices and hints of citrus zest. The depth of the spices continues to reveal itself across the palate as nutmeg and vanilla become present and warming. The flavor continues to grab at your mouth and tongue after sipping, and finishes with a revitalizing burst of fizzy cola and heat. Rich hazelnut, tawny and caramel hues comes from within the bottle, and aromatic notes of burnt sugar, allspice, toffee, cinnamon, candied ginger, and molasses rush your olfactory senses when released. Tastes great on the rocks, or served with cola for a very zesty Cuba Libre.

Tastings Tasting Note
Bright amber color. Bold aromas and flavors of cinnamon and cola with a soft, dry-yet-fruity light-to-medium body and a sweet cream and dusty mineral accented finish. A simple, but purely flavored spiced rum. Points- 87
