The wine is produced in one of the most popular Italy’s most popular wine making regions – the Veneto (located in the North East part of the country). Morar Amarone della Valpolicella 2005 is made from locally grown grapes such as Corvina, Molinara and Rondinella. Grapes are kept in drying rooms for a few months after harvest. Veneto’s winemakers do everything possible to increase the alcohol content, body and complexity of their wines. After that, grapes are pressed and fermented.
