At the heart of the foothills of the Andes lies Bodega Cavas del 23, where complex wines of great quality are created amongst diversity and rich history. The winery, built in 1923, uses a slow speed grape press with double conveyer belt that allows grape clusters to be hand selected, dry-stone tanks with stainless steel fixtures, and a wine cellar with both French and American oak barrels; containing high tech equipment appropriate for the storage of mid-range and upscale red and white wines. Located in the district of Guaymallen, near to the city of Mendoza, Cavas del 23 boasts a qualified team of professionals that care for the wine making process from start to finish; from the planting, and selection of the grapes, to the process of pressing the grapes, stabilization, maturation, and growth so that the final product is deserving of your next selection.
