CHABLIS PREMIER CRU LES FOURNEAUX 2013
Chablis-Charly Nicolle Tasting Note
Hues of yellow and white gold with hints of pale green compose a brilliant, bright and clear robe. Intoxicating perfumes of summer flowers and fruit fill the nose. Its character has traits of oysters and shells. A Chablis aroma couldn’t be more authentic than this. Serving temperature: 12°C, Aging: 3 to 5 years
Amathus Tasting Note
Intense floral bouquet with a touch of honey and mineral. Structured with fresh acidity and full expression of the terroir.
Vintner Tasting Note
From one of the best vineyards in the region, this is magnificent Premier Cru Chablis. It takes the already delicious flavours of the village Chablis ’09 to a new level – greater minerality, more intense complexity but still that wonderfully appealing fruit and cleanliness associated with these great wines.
Blog Do Jeriel Tasting Note
clear and bright yellow straw. Open the intense aromas with floral notes that give it a real perfume. Then ripe tropical fruit (peach, and lime). In the mouth it revealed a soft wine, acidity in some extent, integrated alcohol, concentrated alternating citrus and mineral notes that give it balance and sophistication. Persisting in the aftertaste leaves a citrus note. Rating: Excellent.
Wine Review Tasting Note
Robert Whitley – On a day when I sampled dozens of wines from this excellent Chablis Premier Cru vineyard, Laroche’s was among the finest. It was steely and firm on the palate, with a tight nose that showed much more mineral character than fruit. This crisp, elegant wine will no doubt take three to five years to unwind and evolve to the point where now-hidden complexities begin to shine. 91 Robert Whitley, Mar 18, 2014
