Icario SOC.AGR.a.r.l
The grapes of the individual lots are fermented separately in the best conditions and the wine ages in oak barrels, tonneaux, and barriques. At all stages of production, company decisions are based on the pursuit of the highest quality.
At the moment, the cultivation covers 20 hectares at a height between 450 and 550 meters above sea level and is essentially dedicated to the Prugnolo Gentile grape variety (Sangiovese), the main element of most Tuscan wines.
