Tabernero Winery and Vineyards was founded in the Valley of Chincha province of Ica, 200 Km. South of Lima, capital of Peru. Tabernero Winery and Vineyard has more than 300 hectares cultivated; also it has a wine cellar with more than 20,000 m2, which works with technology ensuring the quality of their processes and products. Develop spirits derived from grapes, the same as harvested in our own vineyards in balance with the environment increase the quality of life of our workers while generating value to our shareholders.

It is the perfect combination of two varieties of grapes are rigorously selected Quebranta and Italy. The nose semi aromatic aromas with a hint of Muscat. In the mouth we have the strength of Italy combined with extreme roundness Quebranta. It is the perfect union that allows us to highlight the qualities of such strains. Super Tasting Note
Pisco Acholado is the result of the distillation of Quebranta and Italia grapes. Clear. Vibrantly fruity and floral stone fruit and lilac aromas. A silky, supple entry leads to a robust, dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body of perfumed plum, muscat grape, sea salt, and raw honey flavors with a long, peppery and spicy hot fade. Very nice and richly flavorful.
BB Vinos Tasting Note
It is a blend of two varieties of grapes, Italy is an aromatic grape and Quebranta which is a non aromatic grape. In view it is clean, clear and bright. The nose is very special because they reflect herbaceous aromas and fruit at a time. The palate is the ideal blend, combining the power of Italy and extreme roundness breaks. Production for 7 kilos of grapes are used per liter.
