Description
Appearance: Bright. Very dense, oily with marked and persistent iodized tracks in the glass. Black, almost impenetrable colour. Iodized tones at the edges.
Arome: Intense, deep and complex. Due to its long ageing process, very developed mixture of the raisining grape’s primary aromas with others developed during its stay in the barrel. Shades of dried fruits (grape, figs and plums) can be perceived as well as those of coffee, cacao and exotic woods.
Taste: Great structure in the mouth, thick, powerful, warm. Very persistent. Elegant memories of coffee and chocolate in the retro-nose.
