Mannina Cellars is a small, family run winery specializing in producing small lots of premium wine. Mannina Cellars is situated in the heart of the spectacular Walla Walla Valley where we can take advantage of one of Washington’s best “terroirs” Mannina Cellars was named after the maternal grandmother of the winemaker, who emigrated from Italy
The 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon opens scents of cherry, leather and a bit of vanilla. The wine is densely packed in ripe blackberry, licorice and black currant and wrapped in firm tannins. Powerful, yet not overbearing, this wine shows a high level of elegant complexity. Harvested nine acres of our Estate Cali Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon, clones 32 and 33 to produce this wine. Aged in a mix of French, Hungarian, and American oak.
