Giovanni Scolaris founded his company in that year, immediately sensing the potential of this precious territory: the Collio. An area enclosed in the Julian Prealps mitigated by the Adriatic Sea. Giovanni was among the first, in fact, to sell wine both to the local population and to British and American soldiers. Today Marco, the founder’s grandson, has transformed his grandfather’s vocation into a reality that has expanded on the national and international market. The unmistakable black and white line, which stylizes the geological line of the gentle and gentle hills of the Collio, is a distinctive sign of the company’s evolution and is printed on each label.

Tasting Notes
It derives from the vinification of the grapes produced from the homonymous vine. Pale straw yellow color with light greenish hues. Fine and intense bouquet: an aromatic range of tropical fruit goes well with broom. Dry, aromatic, persistent.
