SOCRE S.S.A. is an award-winning family wine estate located in Piedmont, Italy. The winery has been producing wines since 1869. SOCRE S.S.A. was founded by Benedetto Piacentino who purchased an agricultural farm first and then transformed it into the winery. The winery began to grow more Nebbiolo grape after 1958. Later, the winery planted new vineyards with such grape varieties as Barbera, Dolcetto, Cabernet Sauvignon, Croatina, and Merlot. Today, the winery continues producing its great wines. SOCRE S.S.A. has its own wine-growing family traditions.
It is a classy wine, of great elegance, with an important structure and dense tannic texture; garnet red in color, it has an intense and refined perfume with notes of violet and cherry jam.

Very spicy aromatics; the palate is fresh, intense and vibrant, with fine-grained tannins, plump fruit and lots of drive. This has immediate appeal and finishes long.
